Ideal candidates will have at least one year of customer service experience, strong verbal communication, and a collaborative mindset to deliver memorable experiences for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, providing a warm welcome on arrival and throughout the stay.
• Assist guests with luggage, escort to rooms, and explain hotel amenities.
• Work with front desk and other team members to ensure a personalized guest experience.
• Assist lobby and entrance areas to keep them clean and organized.
• Support valet operations and vehicle arrivals/departures as needed.
