Job summary

Saddlebrook Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Reservations Agent in Tampa, FL. You will warmly welcome guests, handle reservation requests, and communicate guest needs to appropriate departments to ensure a seamless stay.

The role emphasizes accurate bookings, upselling opportunities, and collaboration with the hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. A high school diploma and guest-facing experience are preferred, with English/Spanish bilingual ability a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Make guest reservations for all resort accommodations.
• Ensure accuracy of reservations and communicate guest needs to departments.
• Promote revenue through upselling resort amenities and packages.
• Generate and audit daily reservations reports for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Front Desk, and Guest Services to resolve issues.
