Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Some college or university training is an asset.
Courses in computers, languages and communications are an asset.
CTA or CTC designation is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

Upsell and promote all extra TLC services (e.g., lift tickets, travel insurance, shuttles).
Respond to calls and emails with efficiency and sales technique.
Listen effectively to clients and understand their needs.
Provide reservations/booking solutions and process payments when required.
Log calls and maintain accurate internal records.
Convert telephone and email inquiries into bookings and future business.
Enter reservations into the reservation system accurately.
Resolve issues for customers and counsel on travel terms and cancellation policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
