Job summary

TNT Limousine & Executive Sedan in Glen Allen, VA is hiring a Reservations, Sales & Customer Service Specialist to be the primary contact for prospective and existing customers, handling quotes, reservations, and support throughout the booking process. This full-time, in-office position offers learning opportunities, potential advancement, and a compensation structure with starting pay around $19/hour plus commission incentives.

Typical schedule is weekdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer-service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities.
• College degree welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
• Gather information to provide accurate quotes and vehicle recommendations.
• Prepare and send transportation and rental quotes.
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email, and text.
• Enter reservations and maintain customer records.
• Assist clients throughout the booking process.
• Enter reservations into the system and support office with admin tasks.
