Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Washington, DC is seeking a dynamic Reservations Manager to join our team. You will manage reservation operations, analyze demand, and collaborate with sales and revenue teams to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality background, a degree in hotel management or business, and at least two years of revenue/reservations experience across multiple systems. Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hotel Management or related degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years revenue/reservations management experience across multiple systems.
• Strong communication and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and implement revenue management opportunities and strategies to grow RevPAR and market share.
• Incorporate revenue management philosophy into sales, reservations, revenue and operations.
• Attend daily line-ups and weekly revenue strategy meetings.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports for Corporate/Ownership groups.
• Analyze market reports (STAR, Demand360) and update STR data daily.
• Lead weekly Revenue Meetings with the DORM and assist with forecasting.
