Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or Marketing.
• 5+ years in progressive hotel sales with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork and clear communication among staff through positive leadership.
• Provide pricing and guidance for corporate negotiated rates.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations including F&B, guest services, and reservations.
• Adhere to company sales policies and SOPs.
• Drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence in every experience.
• Identify and pursue new and existing business through prospecting and site visits.
