Job summary

Viceroy Hotels in New York City is launching Viceroy Park Avenue in December 2026. The Reservations Manager will lead reservation operations, guest communications, and revenue optimization while shaping service standards for a luxury pre-opening property in NoMad.

The ideal candidate is hospitality-driven, analytical, and capable of collaborating with Revenue Management, Sales, Front Office, and Marketing to deliver a seamless guest experience from inquiry to booking.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two to three years of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Windows and company approved spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily and monitoring selling status.
• Attend daily and weekly Revenue Strategy meetings and follow SOP guidelines.
• Be competent in all PMS functions used by Reservations and ensure staff are trained.
• Maintain rate integrity and update group information daily; communicate availability to wholesalers.
• Forecast and prepare monthly revenue and occupancy reports and manage payroll sheets.
