Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Windows and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must communicate effectively with all staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily.
• Attend Revenue Strategy meetings and follow SOP guidelines.
• Be competent in all Reservations PMS functions.
• Maintain rate integrity and process travel agent payments.
• Prepare weekly schedules and payroll-related tasks.
