Viceroy Hotels is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and ensure financial performance at a luxury property in New York City.

As operational leader, you will partner with the General Manager and department heads to develop teams, uphold brand standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and cost controls.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and guest-service focus.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting expertise.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and direction for Hotel Operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Engineering and other departments.
• Deliver luxury service standards and personalized guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations including NYC hospitality requirements.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and property walk-throughs to maintain presentation and service quality.
• Engage with guests to build relationships, resolve concerns, and create memorable moments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, online ratings, and take action to improve performance.
