Viceroy Hotels is returning to New York City with the opening of Viceroy Park Avenue in December 2026. We seek a Chef Concierge to provide highly personalized, intuitive guest service, leveraging deep knowledge of luxury travel, dining, and experiences in Manhattan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury hotel concierge experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of local dining, entertainment, transport, arts, and attractions.
• Proven ability to deliver highly personalized guest service in a luxury environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage diverse requests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Concierge operations ensuring service aligns with brand standards.
• Maintain expertise on local attractions, dining, events, and nightlife.
• Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and tourism entities.
• Monitor guest requests and ensure timely fulfillment with clear communication.
• Manage concierge systems, guest preference databases, and service tracking tools.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation, entertainment, and bespoke itineraries.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences with curated experiences.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and record-keeping.
