• Assist the Reservations Manager with the execution of the Reservations Department's policies and procedures and daily operations.
• Oversee and participate in the Reservations Team's activities; answer and direct phone calls in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• The ideal candidate can work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
