Four Seasons Hotel Boston, located in the Back Bay area of Boston, seeks an experienced reservations professional to support the Reservations Manager in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will help manage inquiries, optimize bookings, and uphold Four Seasons' standards.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays, with the opportunity to grow within a globally renowned luxury brand.

The Role

Assist the Reservations Manager with the execution of the Reservation Department’s policies and procedures and managing the daily operation. Salary: $71,000 - $79,769
