Job summary

Forest Home Christian Camps is seeking a Reservations Specialist to manage year-round registration and reservation processes for program guests. You will provide outstanding customer service, keep accurate reservation data, and support church partners and ministry organizations throughout event planning.

You will collaborate with Operations, Program Directors, and the Partnerships Team to ensure a high-quality guest experience and Forest Home’s mission during seasonal events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in guest services, reservations, event coordination, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and commitment to hospitality.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient in CRM, registration, or reservations software.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist church partners and families with reservations and inquiries; gather forms.
• Maintain reservation data in CircuiTree, HubSpot, and ClickUp with accuracy.
• Create and update itineraries, reports, and financial documents.
• Process paperwork including medical consent and campership applications.
• Check-in on-site and manage guest rosters for events and camps.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure balanced and timely payments.
