Forest Home Christian Camps is seeking a Retreats Rebooking Coordinator in Southern California. This part-time, non-exempt role focuses on rebooking retreat groups, driving revenue, and maintaining guest hospitality excellence.

You will own the pipeline from post-retreat contact to signed contracts and deposits, using outbound calls and emails to grow occupancy while reflecting Forest Home’s Christ-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and proven sales success.
• Experience in group sales, hospitality sales, or event booking is highly valued.
• Ability to manage a structured outreach cadences and CRM hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Lead Guest Retreat rebooking with post-retreat calls and emails.
• Guide groups through the full rebooking pipeline to close.
• Meet monthly and annual rebooking and revenue goals.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and provide weekly forecasts.
• Balance revenue goals with ministry-minded relationship care.
• Coordinate with housing and internal teams for smooth stays.
• Deliver contracts promptly and follow up until signed.
• Convert tentative holds to contracted dates before expiry.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours with a service mindset.
• Provide on-site tours to aid bookings.
