Job summary

Forest Home Christian Camps seeks an Accommodations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead multiple teams ensuring cabins, meeting spaces, and facilities are clean, prepared, and guest-ready.

You will coordinate staff, maintain quality standards, and support the Assistant Manager and Director by delivering efficient, safe, and customer-focused service. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of housekeeping, accommodations, hospitality, or related operational experience preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating staff and daily workflow preferred.
• Ability to utilize CMMS and other operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of accommodations, housekeeping, laundry, and service teams to keep facilities guest-ready.
• Lead and coach leads and staff; assign, prioritize, and monitor daily work.
• Monitor quality, inventory, and work areas; ensure safety and equipment upkeep.
• Communicate status, staffing needs, and concerns to management; coordinate with other departments.
