Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service preferred
• Excellent telephone skills and typing proficiency.
• Computer experience and strong organizational skills required.
• Experience in Property Management Systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accept and enter all phone/email reservation requests professionally.
• Set traces and communicate special requests daily.
• Know Blackberry Farm and High Hampton offerings and update sites.
• Reserve and sell gift certificates; track them.
• Assist Reservations Supervisor with reports and daily tasks.
• Enter accurate demographics for marketing.
• Ensure guest requests are fulfilled and exceeded.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Comply with company policies.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Work well with team and guests.
