Delta Air Lines is seeking a Reservations Co‑Op to act as an internal consultant within the Reservations department at our Atlanta HQ. You will lead semester-long projects, collaborate across teams, and help identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to data analysis, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, strong communication, and delivering practical solutions that benefit customers

Competenze

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Must not be enrolled in any classes during the duration of the program
• Must be able to work 16 consecutive weeks
• Must be able to come into Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta 4 times per week
• Must be able to commit to three rotations prior to finishing undergraduate degree
• A strong team player, detail oriented, and perform well under pressure
• Conveys professional image to all levels of associates
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Must be willing to travel as required
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
