What is Reservations?
The Reservations department serves as a key point of contact for customers before, during, and after their travel experience. This co‑op opportunity is based at our General Offices (GO) and functions as a back‑office support role. In this position, you will support the department by partnering closely with our Customer Engagement Centers and providing essential behind‑the‑scenes assistance that enhances both the customer experience and the effectiveness of our frontline agents.
Job Summary:
As a Reservations Co‑Op, you will act as an internal consultant within the department, leading semester‑long projects that support divisional strategies and business objectives. These initiatives often involve cross‑functional collaboration to identify opportunities, improve processes, and deliver solutions that benefit both customers and employees.
