The City of Irvine is seeking a part-time Reservations Specialist to support facilities bookings and registrations. You will process reservations, fees, payments, and refunds while assisting the public and city staff with scheduling and availability.
Strong customer service, office experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CivicRec are required. Shifts run Mon-Fri 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. with some evenings/weekends as needed.

Pay Range: $23.19 - $30.49 Hourly

Hours: Up to 19 hours weekly. Shifts will be scheduled within these core hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Occasional weeknight and weekend shifts may be required to support citywide reservations and events. Please note for internal candidates, the position will be filled based on the selected individual's current status as PT or EPT. For external candidates, this position will be filled as part-time.
High school diploma or equivalent and three years of experience working with the public in an office setting, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, and working knowledge of policies and procedures involved in program registration and facility operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, graphics software, and CivicRec registration software.
