Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Fort Worth, TX. You will support customers and field teams by arranging equipment reservations and directing deployment to match demand and inventory goals.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Availability on Wednesdays and weekends is required for this part-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with multiline phones, Word and email.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing equipment to areas based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
