U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Lewisville, TX to join a fast-paced team focused on outstanding customer service and effective reservation placement for equipment.

Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will support customers, field teams, and dealerships, directing equipment to meet demand and reviewing reports to optimize availability and accuracy, including U-Box operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field teams and dealerships with equipment and reservations.
• Direct incoming equipment to areas based on demand and productivity.
• Balance regional inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports to aid in equipment placement and reservations.
