U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team focused on outstanding customer service and results. Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will support customers, field teams, and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing equipment to areas based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts for availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
