Historic Hotel Bethlehem is seeking a Reservation Sales Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and online chats in a professional sales office environment. The ideal candidate is courteous, self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage sales leads and NAVIS Reservations software.

The primary duties include selling future reservations, following up on inquiries, answering questions, maintaining guest profiles, and delivering top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in reservation or hospitality is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to answer client questions and resolve issues.
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Sell future reservations via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Follow up on guest inquiry leads for second-chance bookings.
• Answer calls and emails professionally.
• Maintain guest profile information and reservation records.
• Assist customers with questions regarding existing reservations.
• Provide concierge services with knowledge of property and area.
