U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent who enjoys teamwork, delivers outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will support customers, field teams, and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution to balance regional inventory and meet demand.

The role emphasizes handling calls, reviewing placement reports, and assisting with U-Box storage products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with office equipment and basic computer skills (Word/email).
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing equipment to areas based on demand and productivity.
• Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment and reservations.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.


• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.


• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.


• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email


• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
