Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a dynamic, team-focused environment. The role supports customers, field teams and dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution, ensuring efficient inventory balancing across regions.

Under the Traffic Control Manager’s direction, you will review reports, assist with U-Box products, and help optimize reservations and contracts to meet demand, while providing excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and assist field teams/dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
