Job summary

U-Haul in Des Moines is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team. You will support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and distribution while balancing inventory to meet demand.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, multitasking, and efficiency in a dynamic environment. Office tech proficiency and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities
