Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting equipment reservations and placement across dealerships.

The role focuses on coordinating with customers and field teams, balancing inventory, and ensuring accurate reservations and contracts. U-Haul offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
