Job summary

U-Haul in Tacoma is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers and field teams with reservation placement and equipment distribution. This role focuses on efficient service delivery in a fast-paced environment and requires strong organizational skills and customer service excellence.

Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will help balance regional inventory by directing equipment to meet demand.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to maintain availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.


• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.


• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.


• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email


• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
