Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team. You will support customers, field teams, and dealerships with equipment reservations and placement while balancing regional inventory to meet demand.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with diverse daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers to appropriate areas to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts for availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications
