U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting. You will assist customers, support field teams and dealerships with equipment reservations, and help direct equipment flow to balance regional inventory.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy in reservations, and proactive communication. Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will review reports, contribute to demand-driven placement, and support the U-Box product.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word and email; basic office equipment usage.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from and to customers and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Support field teams and dealerships with equipment reservations and placement based on demand.
• Review reports to ensure equipment availability, reservations, and contracts are accurate.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
