Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will assist with customer calls, support field teams and dealerships with equipment reservations and placement, and help balance regional inventory to meet demand.

The role includes reviewing reports for accurate reservations and contracts, and assisting with the U-Box portable storage product. A high school diploma is required and office- tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with office equipment and multiline phones is preferred.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field teams and dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement to balance inventory.
• Review reports to improve equipment availability and accuracy for reservations and contracts.
• Assist with U-Box portable storage product.
