Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and delivers outstanding customer service. You will support customers, field teams and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution.

Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will review reports, balance regional inventory levels and help allocate equipment to meet demand. A high school diploma and strong multitasking skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and etiquette.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field teams and dealerships with equipment reservations and placement.
• Direct customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity to balance inventory.
• Review reports to improve equipment availability and reservation accuracy.
