Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Blaine, MN to support customers, field teams and dealerships with equipment reservations and placement under the Traffic Control Manager. This role requires strong customer service and accuracy in routing equipment.

You will review reports to optimize inventory, assist with U-Box reservations, and help balance regional demand. A high school diploma and good phone, computer, and time-management skills are required; teamwork and reliability are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in using office equipment and basic computer tools.
• Strong customer-service, time-management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to optimize equipment placement and reservation accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
