Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join our team in Blaine, MN. You will support customers and field teams with reservation placement and equipment distribution, ensuring accurate availability and balanced inventory to meet demand.

Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will review reports, assist with U-Box product, and help coordinate customer reservations and contracts. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and responsive service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts.
