Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Blaine, Minnesota, to support customers, field teams and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution from the Traffic Control Manager. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will review reports, assist with U-Box products, and help balance regional inventory to meet demand while delivering excellent customer service daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment and reservations to support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
