Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team in Burnsville, MN. The role centers on supporting customers, field teams, and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution.

Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will help balance regional inventory by directing equipment flow and ensuring accurate reservations, with a strong emphasis on customer service and multitasking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment and reservations; support creating availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
