Position Function:
Assist and implement research project on distribution of tick species that serve as hosts of Anaplasma sp in the Southeastern US.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: Four (4) years experience relevant to duties described above.
Substitution: An equivalent combination of related education and related experience may be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience with research process, data collection and curation, laboratory equipment, and research supporting tasks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communications skills. Organization skills.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
Working in a wet laboratory, office, and outdoors.
