Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' experience with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and human-subject protections.
• At least 2 years' experience with Windows environment and MS Office.
• At least 2 years' experience managing day-to-day research study activities including data organizing, analysis, cleaning, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day study activities with investigators, team, and clinical-site partners.
• Recruit potential participants through approved in-person and electronic methods.
• Screen eligibility and support informed-consent and enrollment per protocol.
• Administer assessments or facilitate surveys; ensure data quality and completeness.
• Respond to participant questions and support a respectful research experience.
• Schedule visits and maintain recruitment, screening, enrollment, and completion records.
• Monitor survey completion and review data for discrepancies.
• Enter, organize, and maintain study data and documentation.
• Assist with QA activities and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain participant confidentiality and IRB compliance.
• Coordinate study materials, regulatory files, and data-management systems.
• Participate in team meetings and report progress on recruitment and data collection.
• Assist with descriptive analyses and data visualization under supervision.
• Contribute to secondary data analyses and literature reviews.
• Assist in developing abstracts, posters, and manuscripts for dissemination.
