Job summary

The Research Coordinator will assist with day to day operations of funded projects involving LGBTQ and criminal justice involved individuals. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Supports recruitment, screening for eligibility, and consenting community members.
• Delivers assessments, interventions, and controls.
• Supports data entry and analysis, offering referrals to service programming when appropriate.
• Conducts literature reviews, and supports manuscript and grant writing.
• Oversees day-to-day research project operations.
• Coordinates multiple related projects to ensure optimal recruitment and follow-up.
