Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for research staff.
• Approve timesheets and time-off for select Neurology staff.
• Support quarterly staff meetings, including logistics and minutes.
• Draft department communications and newsletters.
• Track and report on central support requests and data updates.
• Develop Smartsheet surveys and present findings.
• Assist with monthly manager meetings and event planning.
• Coordinate end-to-end grant application timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with investigators and admins on grant materials.
