NYU Langone Hospitals in New York seeks a Research Program Manager to manage complex program coordination and supervise project activities. The successful candidate will oversee grant administration, recruitment, training, and program budgeting while ensuring effective communication across all levels of management.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Research Program Manager. In this role, the successful candidate will provide a broad range of complex program coordination, develop and promote assigned programs, design, budget, staff, logistics and other support functions, and implement new research strategies for specific projects. The role facilitates the administration of departmental activities, including recruiting and onboarding, follow‑up with study participants, IRB/OCT submissions, annual budget development, meeting scheduling, and organizing seminars, trainings, and related activities. The incumbent works autonomously with limited oversight.
A Master’s Degree in business administration, health care administration or a related field; at least four years of progressively responsible related experience, including program or project coordination; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications; effective oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interface with all levels of management; independent and team orientation; strong time‑management and multitasking; supervisory experience; experience with clinical trial coordination and pre‑ and post‑award grant administration.

$84,577.93 – $109,200.00 annually (actual salaries depend on experience, education and hospital need; does not include bonuses or other compensation).
