7-Eleven is seeking a Research Operations Intern to join 7RESEARCH, within the Digital UX group. You will work with researchers, product managers, designers, and developers to ensure studies run smoothly and responsibly across the Experience Lab and beyond.

The role emphasizes organizing complex work, improving processes, and learning how research informs better experiences. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the research lifecycle and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate, master's, or PhD in a related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, operations, or data analysis is valued.
• Understanding of user-centered research and how insights shape product experiences.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate study logistics, timelines, scheduling, and stakeholder updates.
• Assist with participant recruitment, screening, confirmations, reminders, and incentives.
• Prepare study materials like screeners, consent forms, surveys, and session checklists.
• Support in-person and remote study sessions and lab activities.
• Organize research files using team naming, tagging, and access standards.
• Maintain research-tool administration and basic troubleshooting.
