7-Eleven Inc. invites applicants for the 2027 Summer Internships in the Customer Insights team. The program runs 11 weeks during the summer, with a project presentation to functional leaders and mentorship from the Customer Insights Manager.

Interns will gain exposure to cross-functional partners across Loyalty, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations. The Customer Insights Intern will design, analyze, and communicate customer research that informs business decisions and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, Market Research, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with Copilot or similar AI tools preferred.
• Knowledge of survey and customer research platforms such as Qualtrics, Alida, Medallia, Mintel, or NielsenIQ preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the design, execution, analysis, and communication of customer research projects.
• Conduct research on the loyalty program and evaluate customer perceptions of loyalty program features.
• Support concept testing and other studies to understand customer preferences, motivations, behaviors, and purchase drivers.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Insights researchers, research vendors, and business partners across Loyalty, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations.
• Gain exposure to cross-functional partners, research vendors, and business stakeholders through team meetings and project reviews.
