Responsibilities

• Oversee post-award financial management: reporting, budgeting, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate procurement via POs and purchasing cards; ensure allowable expenses.
• Assist in HR processes: salary offers, postings, visa support, and merit evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across funds.
