Responsibilities

• Grant Preparation (pre‑award): manage all administrative aspects of grant prep and deadlines.
• Portfolio Management (post‑award): manage financial and narrative reports, budgets, and invoicing.
• Procurement: approve purchase requests via PO and PCard, verify funds and expenses.
• Human Resources: onboarding to offboarding, salary offers, visa processing and funding compliance.
• Compliance: advise on NIH/FAIR policies, ensure regulatory alignment across units.
• Cores, Centers and Chargebacks: pricing review and monthly billing to internal/external customers.
