Qualifications

• PhD or ABD in I-O psychology, organizational behavior, labor or behavioral economics or related field with strong research/methods focus.
• Excellent research skills, from design to interpretation of findings.
• Deep expertise in people analytics, survey design, organizational culture or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Asset development: build models, frameworks, and scalable tools using diverse data sources.
