Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a PhD/Beyond in I-O psychology or related field for a People and Organizational Performance (POP) Assets role in North America. You will develop scalable knowledge assets, run data-driven analyses, and support client-facing insights using advanced analytics and AI methods.

You will work within the global POP Assets team, collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to generate insights, publish seminal knowledge, and advance organizational performance solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD or DPhil in I-O psychology, organizational behavior, or related field with strong research methods and statistics.
• Proven research capability from start to finish including design, data management, and interpretation.
• Expertise in people analytics, talent, survey/assessment design, or organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable assets, assessments, and tools from foundational research and data.
• Partner with senior team members to deliver client-facing insights.
• Publish knowledge pieces and test research questions with surveys and analytics.
