Qualifications

• PhD or DPhil in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational behavior, or a related field with strong research methods.
• Strong experience in data science, statistics, and applying ML to organizational topics.
• Proficiency with Python or R and data visualization tools for storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable assets, assessments, and tools using research methods and data from diverse sources.
• Collaborate with senior staff to translate data insights into actionable client recommendations.
• Contribute to knowledge development and external publications through rigorous analysis.
