An established industry player is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in the recruitment of patients for ongoing studies. In this dynamic role, you will help develop essential forms and packets while also providing support to physicians in clinical tasks. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively communicate with diverse groups. Assist with recruitment of adult patients required for ongoing study. Help develop forms and packets for studies. Contact study participants by phone and/or mail regarding activities, reminders, etc.
Assist physicians in clinic- suture removal, dressing changes, splints, casting, and cast removal.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner. Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with other personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public. Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and the ability to function effectively as a team with other employees. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
