Job description

Numerator Surveys combine verified purchase behavior with mobile surveys to unlock consumer and shopper insights that build stronger brands. With the largest, most diverse consumer purchase panel, we provide unmatched insights into consumer influencers, behaviors, and opinions.

The salary range for this role is $73,000 - $100,100/year + Bonus.

As a Research Consultant with Numerator’s Survey Research team, you’ll be a vital member focusing on core clients and ad-hoc projects. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to drive engagement and impact. Your responsibilities include project management and research design through to final analysis and delivery of results. You’ll act as the primary client contact, ensuring deliverable quality and identifying growth opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the primary point of contact for your clients, driving engagement, impact, and strong relationships, supported by your team and often working closely with or delegating to other client team members (sales, consulting, operations, etc.).
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including scoping, project design (including proposal writing), execution, analysis, and presentation of results. Responsibilities include questionnaire writing, sample selection, tab and analytical plans, and deliverable creation.
  • Understand sample methodologies, research techniques, industry standards, panel structures, and interpret advanced analytics with some guidance, while identifying opportunities for other Numerator offerings.
  • Understand Numerator’s shopper panel to enhance survey results and collaborate with the panel team for holistic research designs and results.
  • Contribute to client strategy in collaboration with the account team and support sales initiatives.
  • Manage client workload with minimal supervision.
  • Delegate and provide mentorship to Analysts and Research Operations team members as needed.
  • Travel as required to support these responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of quantitative research experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and grow client relationships.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain high-quality client service.
